Glen is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with more than 28 years of experience in the investment and trading industries. He holds directorship and board membership positions in various companies within the financial sector in Mauritius, South Africa and USA.

Currently holding positions on the board of two Asset management companies registered by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) South Africa and Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius, Glen has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in navigating the complexities of the financial landscape.  

Glen is also the Chief Strategy Officer and Board member of

US-listed FAVO Capital Inc, the rapidly growing direct funding Company, focussed on providing customized, short-term funding to small and mid-sized businesses in USA. His strategic prowess played a pivotal role in the integration of the FAVO Group of Companies into FAVO Capital, Inc, leading him to join the Advisory Board in June 2023. 

Glen founded Stewards International Funds PCC in 2000, leveraging the valuable experience gained while working for renowned investment banks such as Merryll Lynch and DMG Deutsche Morgan Grenfell during his five-year tenure in London.
He is also the Founder and Director of Foundation Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd, Secure Clear Trade Finance (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and Secure Clear Treasury Ltd (Mauritius). Glen has founded Stewards Financial Custodians and Stewards International Ltd where he serves as Director and Chief Investment Officer.

With over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, Bilal honed his expertise through a specialized journey that began as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Investec before joining AfrAsia Capital Management as CEO. His strategic vision, extensive knowledge and investor performance achieved has propelled him to take the strategic leadership of Stewards Investment Capital since 2019 where he set the stage for the firm’s instrumental growth in exciting new investment solutions which deliver stellar returns to institutional and HNWI investors.

Passionate about niche investments, Bilal distinguishes Stewards by offering bespoke and unique investment solutions, including fixed income, equity and digital asset strategies.

His holistic expertise in these spheres contribute significantly to our innovative approach which has established us as leaders in the industry. Bilal serves as the Founder Chairman of Arrel Technology Ltd, a blockchain fintech business based in Mauritius. His commitment to supporting economic development is portrayed in his role as the President of the South African Chamber of Commerce in Mauritius since 2020.

Bilal also serves on the Advisory Board of US listed fast growing microfinance firm Favo Capital. In addition, he is a Director on the Board of a leading African crypto exchange, VALR and Enhanced Investment Products Limited (EIP), a niche Asian investment manager.

Suneeta is a highly accomplished Chief Marketing Officer with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in brand strategy, marketing, communications, and customer experience, both locally and internationally.

Her journey commenced at HSBC in 1994, where she spearheaded various roles including sales, marketing, credit risk management, and branch operations. In July 2007, Suneeta embarked on a transformative journey with AfrAsia Bank, playing an instrumental role in shaping its unique identity as a key player in the financial services industry through unified branding, marketing, and communications strategies.

She holds an MSC in Marketing, a certification from International Financial Advisers, a General Management certification from ESSEC Business School, and a Pre-Associateship from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

In her role as CMO of Stewards Investment Capital, she oversees brand strategy, marketing, communication, and business development across Mauritius, South Africa, and USA, while spearheading global marketing initiatives of the Group to drive business growth.

Nathaniel is a Mauritian financial expert with over 12 years’ experience in the offshore investment space.

He is currently the Head of Financial Operations at Stewards Investment Capital, leading the financial operations team, focusing on deal origination and financial structuring for structured products, private equity, and digital assets. He also serves as an external advisor to the management team of Dolomite Ltd, an up-and coming-digital asset-based money market and margin trading protocol, providing strategic guidance on institutional user acquisition and business development initiatives.

In his previous role, Nathaniel held a key investment role at

Arrel Technology, a digital asset firm, where he specialized in quantitative research for digital assets-based strategies with a strong emphasis on algorithmic trading and market neutral strategies for Decentralised Finance protocols (DeFi).

Prior to that: Nathaniel held a management position in a tech group, overseeing product development in both digital assets and licensed financial activities; served as investment manager in a private investment firm in the private equity and private debt sector; and was employed as a derivative trader in an international clearing house.

Nathaniel holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Queen Mary University, complemented by a Law degree from BPP Law School. His diverse educational background equips him with the necessary expertise to navigate both the intricacies of emerging sectors and the conventions of traditional finance.

Graeme is a portfolio manager who is proficient with both traditional financial assets and digital assets. He has over a decade of experience from working in investment and financial advisory roles, and is a highly regarded technical analyst in the industry. He holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics degree from UNISA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State in South Africa.

Divita comes from an accounting background with an audit specialization. Prior to joining Stewards Investment Capital, she was working at BDO & Co auditing companies from various industries, including: offshore management, gaming, software and construction companies. Divita oversees the financial and accounting operations of the Stewards Investment capital, and ensures that that all financial dealings are recorded and executed according to the relevant financial reporting and regulatory standards.
